Elevate Your Mental & Emotional Well-Being

Soul-centered therapy with Erik Wardell, LPCC, for self-discovery, healing, & growth.

Struggles Are Inevitable

If you’re here, chances are you are going through it. Maybe it’s a struggle with anxiety, depression, stress, unresolved trauma, a life transition, family/relationship issues, or something else altogether. Whatever it might be, you’re looking for skilled and compassionate assistance in your time of mental and emotional need. That’s where I come in.

Suffering Is Optional

I’m not going to give you all the answers, nor am I going to fix what’s “wrong” with you. Believe it or not, you’re the one with the answer and there is nothing “wrong” with you.

What I can do is help you embrace the struggles life is offering and figure out how to make the most of them while reducing how much you have to suffer. Together, we’ll co-create a space where you can rediscover the inner wisdom, healing, and growth that will allow you to step into the life that you want to be living.

About Erik

Hi, I’m Erik Wardell (he/him). I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC). I have a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling and training in mindfulness, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), and grief and loss counseling.

While all that training may or may not be helpful in your journey, what actually will help is how I show up, connect with you, and offer soulful and compassionate guidance and support. I invite you to learn more about who I am as a human and therapist by clicking the button below.

Therapy Offerings

I primarily work with adolescents, adult men, parents, and families. If you don’t identify as any of those, I’m still more than happy to have a conversation to see if working together might be a good fit for both of us.

  • Connect with me one-on-one to work through your struggles and find the solutions you seek. Book a free consultation to start.

  • Family dynamics are tricky. I take a family systems approach to family therapy. Nothing is more rewarding to me than watching families learn how to communicate better and grow stronger. Contact me to see if I can help your family.

  • I offer groups a few times a year. I primarily work with men, dads, and adolescents. Please reach out if you would like to be notified next time I offer a group.

  • If you don't live in the Roaring Fork Valley or prefer the ease of online therapy, I'm still happy to provide my services via telehealth. Contact me to discuss.
